Los datos personales podrán ser comunicados, a las autoridades sanitarias españolas. En ambos casos, las cesiones podrán realizarse por interés legítimo, tal y como dispone el art culo 6.1.j RGPD. Se le informa de la posibilidad de retirar su consentimiento en cualquier momento. Si bien, esta retirada no afectar a los tratamientos anteriores a la misma. Asimismo, se le informa de que puede ejercitar sus derechos de acceso a los datos, su rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación de su tratamiento o portabilidad de los mismos según lo establecido en el RGPD.
